Please add remark “University, Student Name”(e.g., “Queens, Wangziru”) when you transfer money, and keep the receipt. Send the receipt to course consultant via WeChat, so the financial department can verify your payment.

1.The fee will be refunded to the payment account within 15 working days.

2.The application fee ,the service fee, registration fee and will not be refunded.

3.If the transfer failure is caused by personal reasons (such as his/her grades are not up to the standard, or he/she fails to complete the course evaluation according to the guidance of the course consultant), the refund policy for personal reasons will be followed.
